Tami Polmanteer joined Crane as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer in March 2021. In February 2023, Tami was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer.

Prior to joining Crane, Tami worked at Aleris Corporation as the Chief Human Resources Officer, and at Daymon Worldwide as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Tami also spent a large part of her early career at the Kellogg Company, ultimately as the Vice President of Human Resources, International and Corporate Functions. Before her time with Kellogg, she worked at ABEX NWL Aerospace.
