Julie A. Constantinides

Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary

Julie Constantinides joined Crane in October 2020 as Assistant General Counsel – Securities and Assistant Secretary. In 2021, Julie assumed commercial counsel responsibilities for the Engineered Materials and Crane Supply businesses, and she was promoted to her current role in April 2023.

Julie was foundationally trained as a corporate/M&A and securities lawyer at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York City, and continued her practice at Proskauer Rose (NYC) and then Day Pitney (CT). Prior to joining Crane’s legal team, Julie served as Senior Corporate Counsel at a leading manufacturer of utility and electrical solutions, and as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at a global mining and inorganic chemical company.
