Sina Passarelli joined Crane in November 1996 and served as Manager, Tax Compliance until 1999. From 1999 through 2008 she assisted the Tax Department as a part-time Consultant, then re-joined on a full-time basis in May 2008 as Manager, Federal Tax. During her tenure with Crane, she was promoted to several roles; Assistant Tax Director in April 2010, Director of Tax in April 2011, Director, Global Tax September 2016 and in January 2022 was promoted to Senior Director, Global Taxes.

Prior to joining Crane, Sina began her career at Deloitte and Touche holding various positions from 1988-1994, rising to level of Tax Manager. While at Deloitte she worked on a variety of engagements supporting clients in the manufacturing, retail and the entertainment industries. After Deloitte, she joined ACI America Holdings, Inc., from 1994-1996, as Tax Manager, where she established a tax department and was responsible for all tax aspects of the organization.
