Allison Poliniak-Cusic joined Crane Company as Vice President, Investor Relations in June 2024. In this role, she is responsible for communicating the company’s strategy and business initiatives to the investor and shareholder community. Prior to joining Crane, Allison spent nearly two decades leading the Industrial Technology and most recently the Transportation research practice as a Director and Senior Equity analyst at Wells Fargo Securities.

In addition to her time at Wells Fargo Securities, she was Vice President in Product Management at Lehman Brothers as well as an Associate on the Airline and Air Freight research team at Deutsche Bank.
