Ed Switter joined Crane as Director of Tax in May 2006. In April 2010, he was named Director, Global Tax, and in April 2011, he was appointed Vice President, Tax. In September 2016, Ed was appointed Vice President, Treasurer and Tax. In this role, Ed is responsible for the day-to-day activities of Crane’s treasury and tax functions.

Ed began his career at Deloitte, where he was most recently a senior manager in their corporate income tax group. While at Deloitte, Ed handled all aspects of corporate and partnership taxation, including accounting for income taxes, tax compliance, and tax planning. His clients included public and private companies in the consumer products, manufacturing, retail, service, technology, and telecommunications industries.
