Ann Vinci rejoined Crane in July 2021 as Chief Information Officer responsible for Global IT in support of Crane’s business strategies. She also spent time with Crane in the Chief Audit Executive role from August 2012 to April 2017 where she drove notable improvements to the function. She performed IT control and security audits, as well as provided advisory guidance regarding the global IT environment, participated in acquisition activities, and was a member of the Global IT Security, ERP, and ERM Committees.

Ann has nearly 20 years of experience in technology related roles. In addition to her time with Crane, she was Director of IT Infrastructure and Security at a media company, as well as Chief Audit Executive at a tech company. She spent the first half of her career in the Technology Risk Advisory practice at Deloitte.
