VP HR Crane Pumps & Systems
Abigail started her career at Crane as an HR Generalist where she supported a manufacturing plant comprised of 60 associates. After almost a year of excelling in that role, Abigail was promoted to HR Manager at one of Crane’s business unit headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. In this role, Abigail worked directly with the Business Unit’s Executive Team to drive associate development, recruiting initiatives and employee engagement. Crane’s commitment to Abigail’s own professional development and confidence in her potential as an HR practitioner empowered her to pursue her Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the University of Houston during this time.Following her graduation in 2019, Abigail was recruited into an exciting acquisition project as the HR Integration Project Lead. After the integration project was successfully completed, she moved to Spartanburg, South Carolina to support the manufacturing plant for the newly acquired business, comprised of 170 associates. In August of 2022, Abigail was again promoted, this time to Vice President, Human Resources for a critical business unit located in in Piqua, OH. Abigail has confidently shared that through a combination of both leadership support and individualized mentorship, she has been fortunate to have led multiple initiatives across HR for Crane in her various roles, including the transformation of our onboarding process, HR project management support within a strategic acquisition and Executive business partnership.
