Bianca Shardelow joined Crane as Chief Audit Executive in October 2019. In this role, Bianca leads the global Internal Audit organization in meeting the Internal Audit Charter as well as being a key leader in the Company’s enterprise-wide risk management process. Bianca has a direct line of communication with the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Crane, Bianca was the global Business Unit Controller for Refinitiv. She also held a series of roles of increasing responsibility within the Corporate Compliance and Chief Accounting Office of Thomson Reuters, spanning 12 years. Bianca started her career at Deloitte in South Africa.
