From Manhattan, Southern Connecticut and Westchester
Follow New England Thruway (I-95) North to Exit 7 Greenwich Avenue. At the light, make a right and then an immediate right onto First Stamford Place. Drive straight up the hill and 100 First Stamford will be on your left-hand side.

From JFK Airport
Follow Van Wyck Expressway (Rte. 678 North) onto Whitestone Expressway. Continue over the Whitestone Bridge onto the Hutchinson River Parkway North to the New England thruway (I-95 North) to Exit 7. At the light, make a right and then an immediate right onto First Stamford Place. Drive straight up the hill and 100 First Stamford will be on your left-hand side.

From La Guardia Airport
Follow Grand Central Parkway East to Whitestone Bridge. Take the Hutchinson River Parkway North to the New England thruway (I-95 North) to Exit 7. At the light, make a right and then an immediate right onto First Stamford Place. Drive straight up the hill and 100 First Stamford will be on your left-hand side.

From Newark Liberty International Airport 
Follow the New Jersey Turnpike North to the George Washington Bridge. Take the New England Thruway (I-95 North) to Exit 7. At the light, make a right and then an immediate right onto First Stamford Place. Drive straight up the hill and 100 First Stamford will be on your left-hand side.

From Westchester/White Plains Airport
Take I-684 South to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287 East) to the New England Thruway (I-95 North) to Exit 7. At the light, make a right and then an immediate right onto First Stamford Place. Drive straight up the hill and 100 First Stamford will be on your left-hand side.

From Northern Connecticut on New England Thruway
Follow I-95 South to Exit 6, West Avenue. At the end of the ramp turn left, go under the I-95 overpass. At the next light, make a left and get back onto 95 going North. Take the Exit 7 Greenwich Avenue. At light, make a right and then an immediate right into First Stamford Place. Drive straight up the hill and 100 First Stamford will be on your left-hand side.

From The Merritt Parkway
Follow to Exit 34, Long Ridge Road. At the end of the ramp, follow Rte. 104, Cold Spring Road. Follow Rte. 137 to Washington Boulevard down to Rte. 1, Tresser Boulevard. Make a right onto Tresser. Take the second left onto Greenwich Avenue. Go straight, under the I-95 overpass. Turn right onto First Stamford Place. Drive straight up the hill and 100 First Stamford will be on your left-hand side.

From Manhattan by Train
From Grand Central Terminal, take the Metro-North New Haven Line to Stamford Train Station. Take a two-minute taxi ride to First Stamford Place. 100 First Stamford will be on your left-hand side.
