Advice from Russ

“Crane will provide you ongoing education. I’ve been able to attain Lean Yellow Belt status, I’m a certified Value Stream Mapping Tool Champion, and I’ve taken a number of marketing courses at a local university. This is in addition to all of the other Crane University and Center for Creative Leadership training I receive on a monthly basis.”

“I’ve been with Crane a long time, and the business system and the whole lean culture we’re using now certainly helps you grow the business. It is better than anything I’ve seen.”

Russ followed in his father’s footsteps and started his career with Cochrane, one of the companies that now make up Crane Environmental. Russ truly has had the opportunity to work his way through a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, starting as a clerk in the parts department, through a variety of positions in sales, marketing, and account management.
