“One thing I like best about Crane is the whole mindset around intellectual capital and intellectual capital growth. The IC process allowed me to see gaps in my experience and what I needed to do to get where I wanted to go. Crane really does follow the advice of its founder, to ‘be liberal and just toward employees.’”
